Quality Control System

To ensure that every motorcycle spare parts we produce meets international standards, Chongqing Bright Motorparts Co., Ltd has implemented a comprehensive and rigorous quality control system covering the entire production cycle—from raw material inspection to final shipment.

Key Process Highlights:

• Raw Material Inspection
  All incoming materials are verified with mill test certificates, followed by composition analysis and mechanical property testing to confirm compliance with production requirements.
• In-Process Quality Control
  Quality checkpoints are established at every production stage, including cold heading, turning, stamping, thread rolling, heat treatment, and surface finishing. First-piece, patrol, and random inspections are conducted to ensure real-time quality monitoring.
• Dimensional Accuracy Testing
  Precision instruments such as projectors, calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges are used to verify that dimensions, thread pitches, and geometric tolerances fully meet drawing specifications.
• Performance Testing
  Each product undergoes torque, tensile, hardness, and salt spray tests to guarantee mechanical strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance.
• Final Inspection Before Packaging
  Before packaging, all products must pass a final inspection conducted by the QA department, confirming appearance, labeling, quantity, and performance metrics.
• Traceability and Quality Records
  All inspection data and reports are digitized and archived, enabling traceability back to raw materials, process parameters, and inspection personnel for each batch.
